Have you ever applied a weekly ritual in your life? A ritual that forces ourselves to examine all things that have happened within a week, all positive things that build our achievement or otherwise some negative things that impedes our goals. I used to do this habit every Friday afternoon after all office work has completed and I really feel the changes. My life has become more organized and planned. I can see every single option that I've taken and I get ready to improve every decision that I’ll make.
The weekly ritual is easy, I only need a diary book, pencil and a little time. I started with remembering and writing all negative things that have happened, I crossed out these things one by one and promising that I’ll never do it again. I continue with remembering and writing all positive things that have happened, I highlighted all with yellow stabillo so I can use them as references that I surely capable. I used to open my vision note so I will be more reminiscent about my achievement.
Truly, great hopes that you can start to do the weekly ritual, and feel a life that you may never feel before. Even simple, this ritual has been improving all my life, both in career and in personal relationship with my partner.
