Less Argue, More Improvement
We do not have to be always on the defensive situation or keep argue with the client, even though we've been following all their requests well. I’ve learn that the most important to do is just ask for their feedback and try to do again seriously. Indeed, as we learn to make a less denial and more to listen, respond and adapt to consumer feedback, is the main characteristic of successful people.
